As purveyors of picayune knowledge, we have deemed it necessary to devise a standardized rulebook for traditionally unregulated activities: Rock, Paper, Scissors; The Circle Game; and Jinx!

This will be a constantly changing process, and with the help of reader-submissions, we will be able to make this most pleasing and satisfactory.

The Official Rulebook will be unveiled on successive dates, revealing more and more rules.
